nava is a technology company, not a broker or adviser

nava provides a software interface for simulating trades. nava is not a broker-dealer, is not an investment adviser, and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. nava does not manage money and does not make trading decisions for you.

Simulated (paper) trading only

All trading in the Service is currently simulated. When you place an order, it is executed against simulated funds in a paper account — not on a live exchange. Because it is simulated:

• No real securities or cryptocurrencies are bought or sold.
• No brokerage account is opened in your name, and no real money is deposited, held, or withdrawn.
• Simulated performance is hypothetical. It does not reflect actual trading, may not account for real-world costs, liquidity, or execution conditions, and is not indicative of future results.

If real-money trading is offered in the future

nava may introduce real-money trading later. If it does, that would require opening an account with a third-party broker-dealer, completing identity verification (KYC), and agreeing to additional terms and disclosures. Any such brokerage services would be provided by the broker-dealer — not by nava — and this page would be updated before real-money trading is enabled.

Educational use; investing involves risk

The Service is intended to let you explore and simulate trading strategies. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Investing in securities and digital assets involves risk, including the possible loss of principal; markets can be volatile; and past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

The in-app assistant

nava uses AI to interpret your plain-language requests into draft (simulated) orders and alerts. The assistant can misunderstand or make mistakes. Its output is not advice, and you are responsible for reviewing and confirming every order before it is placed.

Market data

Market data shown in the Service is for informational and simulation purposes, may be provided by third parties, and may be delayed.

No tax or legal advice

nava does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Consider consulting a qualified professional about your particular situation.

Eligibility

The Service is available only to people who are at least 18 years old. Availability of certain features may depend on account status and applicable law.
